1. DEFINITIONS FOR THE PURPOSES OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The seller: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services at a distance to consumers.
The consumer: the natural or legal person who enters into a distance contract with the seller.
Withdrawal period: the period within which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal.
Return: the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal, this is the possibility for the consumer to waive the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Day: working days, i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

3. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Each order is considered as acceptance by the consumer of our general conditions, which form an integral part of the agreement, to the exclusion of all other general or special conditions originating from the consumer, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The offer contains a complete description of the offered product. It always contains the price and any discount offered. All prices are including the VAT in Switzerland and excluding shipping costs. For shipments outside Switzerland Customs may add an additional duty and tax fee depending on your country of residence.
5. SHIPPING
Orders are delivered to the delivery address as provided by the Customer during the ordering process and according to the conditions described there. Incorrectly passed on delivery addresses are the responsibility of the consumer and can give rise to extra costs.
Unless otherwise described, our prices do not include the transport and delivery of the goods to the consumer. The costs of transport and delivery are stated separately.
The stated delivery times are not binding but are purely indicative. No delay in delivery may give rise to termination of the purchase or payment of damages in favour of the consumer.
We are entitled to make partial deliveries.
In the event of non-delivery of the goods, any sums paid by the consumer will be refunded as soon as possible without interest or other compensation. A request for refund must be made via email (info.calikaan@gmail.com ).
The transfer of risk to the customer takes place at the time of delivery. Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the product is made available.
6. REFLECTION PERIOD AND RETURN CONDITIONS
In the context of distance selling to consumers, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he or she renounces the purchase, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day following the delivery.
The consumer must notify the seller by means of an e-mail ( info.calikaan@gmail.com) with in the subject *RETURN*. The original order number, the goods wherefore a return is requested and the reason for the return must be mentioned in the body of the mail.
The consumer must return the goods to Calikaan GmbH, Kinkelstrasse 28, 8006 Zürch, Switzerland in original unused condition, with the original labels, in the original packaging at his own risk and cost. Goods that are specifically designed for the consumer will not be taken back and therefore the consumer cannot invoke the right of withdrawal.
Only regular priced items are entitled for a return, items sold at reduced price or samples are not entitled for a return.
The return will be controlled by Calikaan GmbH. After a successful check, the item will be settled with you. You can expect a refund minus the original transport costs to your account within 2 (two) weeks.
7. WARRANTY
Our warranty is limited to the warranty for hidden defects and the warranty in case of consumer purchase, both provided for in the Civil Code.
If a product is not satisfactory, you will find under the heading "Shipping and returns" the necessary information regarding the return of purchased goods. When your return is accepted and all conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price. This can never exceed the invoiced amount to the consumer.
Normal or normal wear and tear, unintentional or deliberate changes made by the consumer to the product, the inability to present an invoice or valid proof of payment and various omissions are explicit but therefore not exhaustive exceptions to the aforementioned guarantee system.
8. FORCE MAJEUR
We shall not be liable for any delay in the performance or non-performance of our commitments due to events outside our normal control, including production interruptions, difficulties in supply or shortages of raw materials, labour, energy or transportation or delays in transportation, strikes, work stoppages or other collective labour disputes, affecting either ourselves or our suppliers, even if these events are foreseeable.
9. COMPLAINTS
We try to describe and clarify the offered articles as accurately as possible by means of photographs.
If typing errors occur (material errors, mistakes), this is based on a human, involuntary error and no rights can be derived from this.
Colours in the photographs may also differ slightly from the real colours. Settings and quality of your monitor can influence this, as well as the incidence of light. Therefore, we cannot accept exchanges based on colour deviations.
We also make every effort to check our products for any errors or defects.
In order to be admissible, any complaint must be formulated in detail by signed letter or e-mail within 5 (five) days of receipt of the goods.
We make every effort to prevent, remedy and resolve any complaints.
We cannot be held liable for any injury or damage resulting from the use of our products.

10. DISCLAIMER
Our store is hosted at mycommerce, providing Calikaan GmbH with the online e-commerce platform that allows to sell products.
